Clinton Counseling Center offers counseling and assorted treatment services for adults, adolescents, children and families coping with problems related to alcohol, substance abuse and mental health.
CCC is a component of Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc. (CYS), a non-profit organization that provides a variety of essential community services in Macomb County, MI.

Fees – Payment
Clinton Counseling Center accepts most private insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Uninsured and low income individuals can call CCC office to determine if they may qualify for financial assistance to pay for services.

Accredited and Licensed
Clinton Counseling Center is nationally accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Licensed by the State of Michigan.
Federal and State funding is provided through Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) & Macomb County Office of Substance Abuse (MCOSA) to support project costs.
Donations provided by family members and the community help to support the services provided.
Outcomes
Outcome studies indicate that most clients receiving treatment at Clinton Counseling Center make significant improvements in their family relationships, job or school performance – and in facing the responsibilities of daily of living. Overall, CCC clients report a better outlook on life, greater emotional stability and living a healthier lifestyle.
